Somatic Therapy bridges the gap between your mind and body.

 It helps you release stress and emotions that get stored beneath the surface, the kind you can’t always “talk” your way out of.

You’ll gently learn to notice what your body’s been trying to tell you, tension, tightness, or the urge to shut down. And use grounding and movement-based exercises to help you feel safe and present again.
